Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the strategy, roadmap, and detailed technical feature definition of one or several products.

• Acts as both a business and technical manager for the assigned product(s).

• Oversees product planning and execution across the product lifecycle.

• Works collaboratively with various functional areas to manage and support all stages of marketing and product development for projects.

• Conducts market research and analyzes the competitive landscape to formulate a product vision that delivers significant long-term benefits to targeted customers.

• Assists in the development and upkeep of the portfolio pipeline/roadmap and opportunity pipeline.

• Engages in and executes customer-facing activities such as VOC (Voice of Customer) and CCD (Customer-Centered Design).

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams and key internal/external stakeholders to partake in the new product development (NPD) process.

• Manages all packaging design and labeling for assigned products, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally requires 3 to 5 or more years of progressively responsible professional experience.

• Must possess strong project management knowledge and skills.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is essential.

• Experience in product development, project management, sourcing, and vendor negotiations is required.

• Excellent public presentation skills, both internally and externally (customer-facing), are necessary.

• Ability to lead and engage in cross-functional teams is important.

• Familiarity with Medical Device Regulations is preferred.

• A technical background in product development is advantageous.

• Knowledge of the Dental market, including the business aspects of dentistry, is preferred.
