Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• In the role of Product Manager at Harmattan AI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategy.

• You will be responsible for developing product specifications and roadmaps informed by market and technological assessments.

• Oversee timelines, resource allocation, and collaboration across departments to ensure market alignment and successful implementation.

• Establish product specifications using customer insights, market trends, and technological capabilities; continuously iterate and validate for feasibility in technical, industrial, and commercial contexts.

• Create, maintain, and revise project timelines, ensuring all deadlines are adhered to.

• Supervise the architecture and technical evolution of the system throughout the R&D and industrialization stages.

• Motivate and lead the project team to uphold high standards of performance and quality.

• Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, product teams, and other stakeholders to synchronize efforts and guarantee the success of tenders and projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in technical positions.

• Strong knowledge and experience in one of the following areas is highly preferred: defense systems, UAV/UxV/robotics, aerospace, radars/RF/radio, optronics, PNT, AI, or similar sectors.

• A customer-focused and product-oriented mindset.

• Demonstrated experience in managing high-complexity, cross-functional projects in aerospace, defense, or robotics that have successfully reached industrialization.

• A solid technical foundation with the capability to comprehend and address complex engineering issues.

• Detail-oriented with exceptional documentation and organizational abilities.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the capacity to inspire and guide teams toward achieving success.
