Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Define product initiatives from the discovery phase through to delivery across Green Cabbage’s platform ecosystem.

• Translate business priorities, client feedback, procurement workflows, and operational challenges into actionable product requirements.

• Produce comprehensive PRDs, workflow documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and feature specifications.

• Work closely with engineering teams throughout the development process to clarify requirements, refine scope, and eliminate ambiguity.

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to develop intuitive enterprise workflows and data-driven user experiences.

• Assist in prioritizing roadmap initiatives based on client impact, business value, technical complexity, and strategic alignment.

• Support internal product alignment across Green Cabbage’s offerings, which include procurement intelligence, supplier intelligence, analytics, and workflow management solutions.

• Analyze product usage, workflow adoption, client feedback, and operational metrics to inform future enhancements.

• Participate in customer discussions and discovery efforts to gain insights into procurement team challenges and enterprise buying workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Product Management or a closely related product-focused role.

• Experience with B2B SaaS platforms or enterprise workflow applications.

• Exposure to AI-enabled software, automation tools, LLM-based systems, or intelligent workflow platforms.

• Strong capability to define initiatives with exceptional detail and organizational clarity.

• Experience in writing thorough product requirements and engineering-ready documentation.

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience working in agile or iterative software development environments.

• Familiarity with data-driven applications, workflow orchestration, or enterprise intelligence platforms.

• Experience using tools like Jira, Aha!, Figma, or similar product management platforms.
