This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Take full ownership of product feature delivery from start to finish, encompassing requirements, design, launch, and iteration, all within a defined product strategy.
• Convert business, clinical, and operational needs into detailed and precise product requirements and specifications, collaborating with Engineering, Design, and Data teams.
• Facilitate feature discussions with customers, engineers, and cross-functional partners (such as Clinical, Compliance, and Finance), seeking guidance from senior product leaders when faced with uncertainties.
• Assist in product discovery through customer research, data analysis, and validation to ensure that features effectively address real user challenges.
• Track feature-level success metrics (KPIs, adoption, usability) and leverage insights for iteration; may be responsible for OKR/QBR reporting within your domain.
• Streamline the roadmap intake process by prioritizing features, bugs, and requests, and linking engineering efforts to the end-user experience.
• Gain an understanding of the technologies relevant to your product area; articulate technical requirements and identify risks associated with design choices.
• Develop an awareness of regulatory and operational constraints within the healthcare and pharmacy sectors, addressing compliance considerations proactively.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Product Management or a related role that is product-adjacent (e.g., program management, clinical operations, analytics).
• Proven experience in launching product features in collaboration with Engineering teams within agile settings.
• Strong analytical capabilities, with experience utilizing product metrics (KPIs, adoption, usability) to guide decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write effective specifications and facilitate feature discussions with engineers, customers, and cross-functional partners.
• Familiarity with prevalent product and collaboration tools (such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard).
