Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Collaborate across various functions with engineering, design, clinical, and compliance teams to develop solutions that fulfill market demands and adhere to regulatory requirements

• Take ownership of the product lifecycle from initial discovery through to delivery

• Utilize data, customer insights, and industry trends to guide decision-making and prioritize features

• Perform user research and usability testing to collect feedback, refine requirements, and provide commercial insight on value propositions

• Advocate for user experiences that are intuitive, accessible, and compliant, specifically tailored to anesthesia workflows

• Guide cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle, including refinement and launch phases

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Informatics, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field

• 5-8 years of relevant professional experience

• Expertise in AI/ML technologies and data-driven product management

• A proven history of launching and progressively enhancing digital products

• Demonstrated effectiveness in leading cross-functional teams (engineering, design, clinical, compliance)

• Experience in agile settings and managing product backlogs using systems like JIRA or Azure DevOps

• Practical experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Gainsight, etc.)

• Capability to interpret healthcare data and leverage it to shape product strategy

• Familiarity working with legal or compliance teams during the product development process

• Willingness to travel up to 30% may be necessary
