Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Engage directly with customers and field users to identify significant issues and oversee their resolution through to delivery.

• Collaborate with teams in Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Go-To-Market to develop and implement the product roadmap.

• Convert product strategy into concise user stories and comprehensive requirements that provide customer value.

• Drive features from conception to launch, encompassing ideation, research, development, and successful implementation.

• Facilitate go-to-market readiness by working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

• Craft user stories and functional specifications informed by feedback from customers and stakeholders.

• Conduct discovery sessions, perform user interviews, and analyze customer feedback to confirm product direction.

• Collaborate with product and leadership teams to outline the product roadmap and prioritize initiatives that yield impact.

• Work with Engineering on timelines and deliverables.

• Share the product vision and updates through wireframes, presentations, and internal documentation.

• Assist in evaluating, integrating, and onboarding new datasets and third-party APIs into the platform.

• Coordinate product launches with internal stakeholders and ensure readiness across Go-To-Market functions.

• Act as the voice of the customer within cross-functional teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Domain experience: 3 to 5 years in a Product Manager role within a SaaS company, preferably in public safety, law enforcement, govtech, or a data-driven product environment, or firsthand experience as a law enforcement professional, crime analyst, or public safety practitioner looking to transition into product management.

• Data fluency: Experience working with data in a significant capacity, whether through developing data products, engaging with APIs and integrations, or leveraging data operationally for field decisions.

• Startup experience: Background in a dynamic, high-growth setting where ambiguity is common and execution is essential.

• Small team success: Thrives in a focused, cross-functional team environment; actively contributes, takes ownership, and drives progress with colleagues.

• Hands-on mindset: Proactively takes initiative and drives progress without waiting for ideal conditions.

• End-to-end expertise: Experience in conducting research, developing requirements, and successfully delivering products.
