This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Engage with users by analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data.
• Identify trends while advocating for user-centered experiences.
• Collaborate with researchers, data scientists, and business development teams to comprehend user needs and uncover new product opportunities.
• Dive into the psychology, challenges, and behaviors of users to cultivate a strong intuition about effective solutions.
• Create compelling roadmaps and metric targets to ensure we stay on course toward our objectives while continuously measuring our progress.
• Assess ideas and spearhead product prioritization and releases.
• Maintain a steady flow of innovative ideas that can drive progress, utilizing user research and feedback, facilitating brainstorming sessions, and conducting competitive research.
• Rigorously prioritize these ideas in a thorough, data-informed manner, aiming to maximize impact with limited resources—time, engineering resources, user volume, etc.
• Lead a cross-functional team through the product development cycle, including UI/UX, engineering, QA, and data analysis.
• Serve as the primary contact for creating compelling products and features for users.
• Draft design documents and web updates for new content, features, and initiatives in collaboration with curriculum, design, and engineering partners.
• Initiate data-driven experimentation and analysis for new products and features.
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant product management experience.
• Background in a startup or other high-ambiguity environments.
• Previous experience in consumer-facing product development, preferably in mobile or subscription-based products.
• Familiarity with psychology-based products, gamification, or other user behavior-focused applications.
