Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define, prioritize, and implement a product roadmap that effectively enhances Resident Engagement capabilities for Property Managers, Self-Management Associations, and their clients, in collaboration with designers, engineers, subject matter experts, and the Product team.

• Collaborate closely with the Engineering team to establish work prioritization and manage the backlog. Share responsibility for Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Backlog refinement, and release planning. Lead the details of the backlog, user stories, and prioritization.

• Drive strategy and execution across key resident engagement domains, including:

• Propel AI-driven automation of essential workflows such as data ingestion, classification, and workflow orchestration—reducing workload for our customers and end users.

• Design and implement GenAI-powered features like copilots, assistants, and agent-based workflows seamlessly integrated into core product experiences.

• Provide predictive and prescriptive insights that empower customers to proactively manage communities, optimize workflows, and scale operations without increasing headcount.

• Establish new strategies for promoting adoption and utilization.

• Identify, assess, and collaborate with third-party solutions that can accelerate product development and expand offerings.

• Transition from legacy platforms to a streamlined, future-oriented product experience.

• Successfully deliver mobile app products, with a deep understanding of mobile user experience and platform best practices.

• Support go-to-market initiatives that enable Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to enhance product adoption and drive revenue growth.

• Create and disseminate easily digestible customer-facing materials, presentations, articles, and webinars that promote awareness and adoption of Resident Engagement capabilities.

• Collaborate directly with both new and existing customers to comprehend Resident Engagement capabilities, processes, and the challenges faced with various workflows. Work alongside Product Leadership to integrate Customer Feedback into solutions that eliminate friction and enhance product value.

• Keep thorough documentation of use cases, product objectives, user impact, risks, scope, KPIs, and customer outcomes.

• Actively engage in Agile ceremonies and practices to ensure quality delivery with significant impact. This includes drafting epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and aiding backlog refinement, sprint planning, standups, testing, retrospectives, and release planning.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data, Architecture, and Design teams to deliver scalable, secure, explainable, and production-ready solutions.

• Act as a strong internal advocate who regularly interacts with the organization to educate on capabilities, workflow modifications, and the overall value proposition of our solution, especially regarding homeowner engagement.

• Maintain a keen awareness of market trends and competitors to ensure Enumerate retains its position as a leader in AI-enabled property management.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Product Management with a successful software product.

• Background in consumer-facing products and/or mobile applications.

• Experience in the FinTech/Payments and/or Accounts Payable sectors is strongly preferred.

• BA/BS in a relevant business or technical field is preferred (or equivalent work experience).

• Exceptional client-facing and internal communication skills.

• Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills are preferred.

• Positive, self-driven, team-oriented, and focused on action and results.
