This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with business leaders to establish product vision, strategic priorities, and investment opportunities across industrial software platforms.
• Create and uphold product roadmaps that align with customer needs, market trends, competitive insights, and company growth objectives.
• Convert high-level product strategies into clear, actionable requirements and development tasks that direct team execution and align with business goals.
• Take ownership of the product backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and consistent alignment with changing business needs.
• Define and sustain product roadmaps, user story maps, and release plans to facilitate structured planning and transparent delivery.
• Serve as the main point of contact between stakeholders and development teams to guarantee consistent communication, shared understanding, and alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
• Lead essential Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to promote alignment, transparency, and continuous improvement among teams.
• Work closely with development and QA teams to create clear, actionable user stories and establish well-defined acceptance criteria that ensure mutual understanding and high-quality delivery.
• Track and report on key delivery metrics such as team progress, development velocity, and release readiness to guarantee transparency and ongoing improvement.
• Proactively identify and address risks that could affect timelines, product quality, or delivery outcomes.
• Discover opportunities to utilize Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Automation, and Digital Transformation technologies within industrial workflows.
• Over 8 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or similar product leadership roles within enterprise SaaS or industrial technology settings.
• Proven experience in owning product strategy, developing roadmaps, and leading customer-facing product initiatives.
• Background in software development or QA/testing with a comprehensive understanding of how software is designed, tested, and deployed in modern development environments.
• Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies with experience facilitating agile ceremonies.
• Proficient in product management and agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, product boards).
• Capability to break down strategic objectives into clear, technical requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills and familiarity with metrics-driven decision-making.
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities, comfortable engaging with engineers, QA, and executive stakeholders.
• Previous experience managing cross-functional teams in a multi-product organization is highly desirable.
