Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the Core Platform and specific features related to AI CRM.

• Engage with Data Sources, Field Management, and the structured data layer.

• Enhance Automation & Workflow by developing workflows, rules, and journeys.

• Create Insights & Reporting tools that cater to various use cases.

• Improve the Integrations Ecosystem by developing webhooks, APIs, and native connectors.

• Contribute to the Marketing & Source Data features aimed at student engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in product management or have performed PM duties without the official title.

• Data/Platform Expert: Proficient in CRM, data, or platform products.

• Familiar with data modeling, ETL/ELT patterns, rules/workflow engines, API design, and webhook reliability.

• Technical Credibility: Capable of reading API specifications, writing SQL queries, and forming informed opinions on REST, webhooks, and event streaming.

• Systems Thinker: Comprehend how modifications in data models or automation impact downstream features.

• Customer-Centric: Enjoy engaging with enrollment operations teams, registrars, and data teams.

• Effective Communicator: Skilled in writing and presenting with confidence.

• Background in EdTech or higher education SIS and CRM ecosystems is advantageous.

• Familiarity with iPaaS platforms or workflow automation tools is a plus.
