Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the UK product portfolio throughout its entire lifecycle.

• Spearhead the successful introduction and commercialization of new products and services.

• Create product positioning, pricing strategies, value propositions, and go-to-market plans.

• Track product performance, adoption rates, profitability, and customer feedback to foster continuous improvement.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing evaluations to uncover opportunities and shape strategy.

• Own and enhance product messaging, ensuring uniformity across all customer interaction points.

• Facilitate sales enablement through training, launch resources, and product communications.

• Collaborate with Commercial Finance to support pricing strategies, portfolio performance, and margin optimization.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for key product categories, translating technical features into attractive customer benefits.

• Provide portfolio reports, insights, and recommendations to bolster business growth and enhance customer retention.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Commercial, or a similar field, preferably in a B2B setting.

• Proven experience in launching and scaling products within local markets.

• Strong grasp of product lifecycle management and go-to-market strategies.

• Commercially savvy with a background in developing value propositions and market positioning.

• Exceptional analytical skills, with the capability to interpret data, KPIs, and ROI metrics.

• Strong project management and organizational abilities, with capacity to handle multiple priorities.

• Confident communicator adept at building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

• A degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar marketing tools is a plus.
