This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the performance and execution of tour collections, which includes tour design, ongoing enhancements, choreography, and implementation of all tour components.
• Direct the annual contracting process for tours, working closely with and guiding the Purchasing team.
• Actively suggest and advocate for product enhancements and opportunities for new product development.
• Establish and spearhead new product development initiatives, lead pre-season training and rehearsal travel, and train TauckDirectors.
• Gather and integrate feedback from both internal and external customers regarding tours in the region.
• Ensure compliance with all deadlines outlined in the Product Planning Calendar.
• Deliver accurate and timely information to all internal departments as needed for daily operations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field and/or equivalent relevant experience.
• Previous experience in designing tours or events.
• Capability to be adaptable and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, efficiently and accurately.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build partnerships across various departments.
• Strong time management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with robust organizational and analytical capabilities.
• Flexibility to adapt to new situations while maintaining a positive demeanor.
• Demonstrated technical/computer systems proficiency.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
• Responsible for leading and managing the design process.
• Oversee the seamless execution of all tour elements and components involved in the creation and operation of each tour series.
• Collaborate with a variety of cross-functional teams.
