Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive development of the FinApp product segment.

• Accountable for internal financial operations, accounting processes, reconciliation, and financial reporting.

• Convert domain-level strategy into a 1-2-quarter roadmap for your team.

• Facilitate structured product discovery and assist engineers and designers throughout the delivery process.

• Evaluate outcomes and continuously improve based on customer and business impact.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of practical experience as a Product Manager in B2B or internal enterprise products.

• In-depth knowledge of financial operations, accounting principles, reconciliation methods, and financial controls.

• Capability to communicate effectively with Finance stakeholders, comprehend their challenges, and convert business needs into precise product requirements.

• Demonstrated success in guiding features from problem identification through discovery, delivery, launch, and post-launch enhancement.

• Proficient in working with analytics, establishing success metrics, and leveraging data to inform product decisions.

• Strong grasp of Agile product development and iterative delivery methods (Scrum or Kanban).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. English proficiency level B2–C1.

• Experience in fintech, payments, crypto, or other regulated financial products is advantageous.
