Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of product discovery, prioritization, and the delivery of new platform capabilities across various product domains.

• Convert business requirements into well-defined product specifications, user stories, tickets, and sprint objectives for engineering teams.

• Work in close collaboration with engineering and business stakeholders to outline solutions that balance user value, feasibility, and execution speed.

• Lead the complete product development process for AI-driven features, such as workflow automation, conversational analysis, and operational intelligence.

• Establish and enhance product workflows, user experience, and information architecture to streamline complex operational tasks.

• Utilize AI tools to expedite product research, documentation, requirement formulation, analysis, and decision-making processes.

• Manage delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring effective communication and seamless execution in an asynchronous environment.

• Assist with sprint planning, product alignment, and stakeholder communication to sustain momentum across rapidly evolving initiatives.

• Collaborate with leadership to influence roadmap priorities and validate product direction through iterative testing.

• Evaluate user feedback, operational challenges, and business metrics to uncover opportunities for product enhancement and churn reduction.

• Serve as a liaison between users and engineering by providing support via Slack, resolving obstacles, and identifying areas for product improvement.

• Organize and facilitate user feedback sessions to identify operational challenges, validate product strategies, and enhance user adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in Product Management delivering software solutions.

• More than 3 years of Project Management experience coordinating cross-functional projects.

• Proven hands-on experience with AI tools in Product Management workflows (e.g., research, requirement documentation, analysis, prioritization, prototyping).

• Proficient in translating vague business needs into actionable product specifications and engineering outputs.

• Strong product mentality with the capability to balance user demands, business objectives, and technical limitations.

• Exceptional communication abilities (English, asynchronous-friendly).

• A strong sense of ownership and the capacity to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.

• Experience in close collaboration with engineering teams in technical product settings (Nice-to-Have).

• 5+ years of software development experience or a robust technical background working closely with engineering teams (Nice-to-Have).

• Experience in design (UX/UI, prototyping, information architecture, or product design thinking) (Nice-to-Have).

• Familiarity with AI-based products, automation systems, or operational tools (Nice-to-Have).

• Experience in B2B SaaS, accounting, fintech, proptech, or operational platforms (Nice-to-Have).
