This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Taking ownership of a product line, including planning and delivery.
• Capable of crafting epics and detailed user stories for engineering, QA, and design teams to ensure they comprehend the functionality scope and business objectives, enabling accurate estimation and quality delivery.
• Developing wireframes and collaborating on product design specifications.
• Collaborating with the scrum master and engineering lead to decompose features into stories.
• Documenting use cases, requirements, and stories with a focus on model-driven design architecture.
• Offering ongoing guidance on product requirements and business priorities through daily stand-ups, grooming, and planning sessions.
• Prioritizing features and defining requirements for effective delivery.
• Identifying product defects and bugs, while communicating with stakeholders.
• Acting as the customer advocate within the Scrum team, providing vision and direction for the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicating and collaborating effectively with all organizational groups throughout the entire product development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to release and rollout training.
• Monitoring product performance and assessing the impact of enhancements; clearly communicating the impact across the organization to drive prioritization.
• Creating release notes and training materials/videos.
• Demonstrating the ability to take ownership and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• 1-3 years of experience in full product life cycle product management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for finding solutions.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, managing multiple products and projects across various business areas simultaneously.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and Lucid Chart.
• Enthusiastic about creating meaningful, intuitive products.
• Dedicated to continuous growth in product expertise and technical knowledge.
• Proficient in writing clear and concise internal product specifications, external communications, and training materials.
• Experience in scaling high-growth e-commerce or multi-vendor marketplace platforms is advantageous.
• Ability to read basic API documentation is beneficial.
• CPO and CSM certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Familiarity with financial processes is a plus.
