This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Formulate and implement product strategies that cater to customer demands, market potential, and organizational goals.
• Lead product discovery initiatives, which encompass customer research, user interviews, workflow evaluations, and market analysis.
• Create and oversee product roadmaps, ensuring a balance among customer benefits, technical feasibility, regulatory needs, and business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, data, operations, and commercial teams to provide impactful software solutions.
• Transform intricate healthcare, clinical, and technical workflows into user-friendly product experiences.
• Establish product requirements, success metrics, and reporting systems to assess product performance and customer results.
• Assist in the creation of data-driven products, reporting solutions, analytics platforms, and customer insight capabilities.
• Collect, analyze, and synthesize customer feedback, usage statistics, and market trends to guide product decisions.
• Convey product vision, priorities, and results to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Contribute to the development of innovative solutions utilizing emerging technologies, such as AI capabilities, automation, and advanced analytics.
• Proven experience in leading software products through the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to launch and ongoing enhancement.
• Established capability to influence cross-functional teams and foster alignment among various stakeholder groups.
• Background in handling data-rich products, reporting platforms, analytics solutions, or enterprise software applications.
• Strong customer-focused approach with a commitment to addressing real-world user challenges.
• Capacity to make informed decisions in complex and uncertain situations.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in the healthcare technology sector, life sciences, clinical research, medical devices, diagnostics, or other regulated industries is highly regarded.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as GCP, GMP, 21 CFR Part 11, ISO 13485, HIPAA, or similar compliance contexts is advantageous.
• Technical proficiency with the capability to collaborate effectively with engineering and data teams.
• Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies.
• Proficiency in English and the ability to work collaboratively across global teams.
• Eligibility to work remotely in Canada, preferably aligned with the Eastern Time Zone.
