This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee the complete product life cycle, from initial concept to planning, while driving a solution set across Development/Engineering, QA, Sales, and Marketing.
• Prioritize and clarify product requirements to enable precise estimation and swift development of new features.
• Ensure that all requirements are fulfilled to achieve on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, and Product leadership to create a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with the company’s vision as well as customer and industry needs.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor enhancements for product features.
• Act as a representative for both internal and external customers, managing the product from inquiry through to acceptance.
• Achieve high product quality to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, Services, and Marketing teams to define product features and enhancements.
• Develop products from existing concepts and create new ideas based on data center software experience, along with customer and prospect interactions.
• Refine product feature release requirements in collaboration with Engineering, serving as the primary point of contact for product owners.
• Establish go-to-market strategies and product positioning in conjunction with Marketing.
• Function as both an internal and external product evangelist, facilitating Sales enablement and ensuring successful product launches.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in software product management, business analysis, or product ownership within an enterprise software application environment.
• At least 1 year of experience in a data center setting.
• Familiarity with enterprise software applications utilized for daily data center operations.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience with Application Programming Interfaces, including REST, SOAP, and OpenAPI.
• Candidates must reside within the Eastern or Central time zones.
• A Master’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering is preferred.
• Experience with Configuration Management Databases (CMDB) tools such as ServiceNow CMDB or Cherwell CMDB is preferred.
• Background in IT Operations Management, infrastructure monitoring, and ongoing operations control is preferred.
• Experience in implementing and configuring real-time monitoring, alerting, and reporting for global infrastructure is preferred.
• Knowledge in designing infrastructure monitoring systems is preferred.
• Experience as an Enterprise Agile/Scrum Product Owner is preferred.
