Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

• Spearhead the development of groundbreaking products that revolutionize the car purchasing and selling process.

• Place Customer needs at the forefront of all product-related decisions.

• Utilize technology and data to facilitate smooth, personalized interactions for customers.

• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create products that empower both Customers and Associates.

• Lead a dynamic product team dedicated to identifying and implementing effective solutions.

• Work alongside engineering, design, and business partners across both digital and in-store platforms.

• Conduct extensive customer research to reveal behaviors, pain points, and potential opportunities.

• Formulate and evaluate hypotheses, quickly iterating on prototypes to confirm effective solutions.

• Assess product opportunities based on feasibility, impact, and alignment with business objectives.

• Establish product vision and objectives utilizing data-driven insights and business knowledge.

• Provide scalable, customer-focused solutions.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to foster ongoing innovation.

• Motivate and guide teams to create cohesive online and in-store experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).

• Over 3 years of experience in product management or a related area.

• Strong grasp of contemporary technology.

• Proven experience collaborating with software engineers.
