📋 Description

• Establish and steer BJAK’s comprehensive product strategy and roadmap.

• Discover high-impact product opportunities by utilizing user insights, data analysis, and market knowledge.

• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to develop products that are straightforward, scalable, and dependable.

• Convert business objectives into distinct product initiatives and actionable plans.

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from discovery and planning through to launch and iteration.

• Consistently enhance product performance, user experience, and conversion rates through experimentation and data analysis.

• Ensure that product decisions align user needs, business objectives, and technical viability.

• Build and guide a robust product team as the organization expands.

• Proficiency in simplifying complex issues and concentrating on what is most important.

• A strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive execution in dynamic environments.
