This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Assist in the cross-functional implementation of high-quality products and enhancements, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with defined success criteria.
• Utilize analytics and feedback from stakeholders to identify user needs, prioritize tasks, and guide the creation of customer-facing documentation and training.
• Contribute to the product roadmap for BenefitHub’s consumer applications, which encompass mobile apps, web platforms, and browser extensions.
• Aid in identifying and prioritizing features that boost user engagement, generate savings, and promote business growth.
• Conduct both qualitative and quantitative research (including interviews, support insights, and usage data) to define and validate user challenges.
• Focus on customer impact through persona-driven decision-making and validation from customers.
• Apply Agile best practices throughout planning, prioritization, retrospectives, and post-launch evaluations, utilizing tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Monitor OKRs and KPIs; assess product performance via analytics and feedback from customers.
• Use tools like Claude, Google Analytics, Power BI, Excel, and A/B or multivariate testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely) to gain insights and drive ongoing optimization.
• Develop documentation and training materials for customers and essential customer-facing teams (marketing, sales, support, account management).
• Stay updated on competition, market trends, client feedback, and vendor capabilities to identify opportunities and product improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Over 2 years of experience in product management, ideally in a data-driven, eCommerce, or B2C technology context.
• Proven experience in launching features for mobile and web-based consumer applications.
• Understanding of headless commerce architectures and omnichannel digital experiences.
• Ability to leverage data to guide product decisions, assess success, and enhance user outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across both technical and non-technical teams.
• Comfortable with delivering presentations, leading meetings, and creating comprehensive documentation.
• Proficient in Google Analytics and Power BI.
• Experience in Agile development environments and familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Exposure to UX/UI collaboration, customer experience design, or behavioral analytics.
• Experience contributing to products in high-growth, customer-focused organizations.
