Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define the overarching product strategy for the platform and outline forthcoming feature launches in collaboration with the founding PM and COO.

• Directly interact with users to identify essential objectives, gather insights, and highlight significant challenges or opportunities for growth.

• Transform user feedback into clear, detailed product specifications, user narratives, and technical requirements designed for engineering implementation.

• Work in partnership with engineering and design teams to introduce innovative features that enhance user satisfaction and drive crucial business KPIs.

• Manage the complete product lifecycle from initial concept through to launch, ensuring seamless deployment and strong user engagement.

• Set up, monitor, and assess key product metrics to measure the impact of launches and inform future strategic modifications.

• Effectively juggle multiple concurrent projects through outstanding organizational skills, rigorous prioritization, and effective scheduling.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management, ideally within a B2B SaaS or startup setting.

• Demonstrated success in delivering effective products and features from initial concept to market launch.

• Strong customer empathy and a genuine enthusiasm for creating user-focused solutions.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, capable of clearly articulating a vision and collaborating across functions.

• Naturally collaborative, clear about ownership roles, and comfortable addressing alignment concerns early on.

• Highly organized, self-driven, and able to excel in a dynamic startup environment.

• Extremely detail-oriented and thorough in your work approach.

• Quick to adapt to new tools and evolving processes.

• AI-savvy: you regularly utilize AI tools in your daily tasks and can discuss their influence on your workflow.
