Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Formulate and oversee product strategy, features, and roadmaps.

• Work alongside stakeholders to collect requirements and convert mission needs into practical features.

• Prioritize the backlog based on mission significance, risk assessment, and technical readiness.

• Engage in PI planning and assist Agile team execution.

• Verify that features comply with government acceptance criteria and security/compliance standards.

• Ensure compliance with Section 508 and the Privacy Act for relevant modifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline OR Three (3) additional years of IT experience in lieu of a degree.

• Five (5) years of experience in roles such as SAFe RTE, Product Manager, Product Owner, or Scrum Master.

• A minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Product Manager.

• Capability to articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.

• Proven experience in translating stakeholder requirements into actionable features.

• Proficiency in prioritizing backlogs based on mission value and associated risks.

• Familiarity with supporting Agile/SAFe ceremonies (e.g., PI Planning).

• Understanding of federal security, compliance, 508, and Privacy Act regulations.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams.
