This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of the entire product lifecycle, establishing the vision and roadmap, leading the discovery phase, and delivering high-quality features from inception to launch and subsequent iterations.
• Conduct thorough customer and market research, which includes interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis, to uncover user needs, identify market opportunities, and inform product strategy.
• Convert insights and complex challenges into clear product requirements, PRDs, and measurable success criteria.
• Make informed product tradeoff decisions using data-driven analysis, balancing user priorities with technical constraints.
• Define, monitor, and analyze key product metrics to guide decisions, iterate based on real-world performance and feedback, and drive ongoing improvement.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features on time.
• Work alongside Marketing, Sales, and Support teams to ensure successful product launches and user adoption.
• Over 4 years of product management experience in SaaS, consumer software, or cloud services.
• A proactive ownership-first mindset with the ability to take initiative, act swiftly, and solve problems independently.
• Excellent communication skills at various levels, including engaging with customers and achieving alignment with senior stakeholders.
• Comfort in navigating ambiguity and making data-informed decisions even when information is incomplete.
• Strong analytical and prioritization abilities, with a knack for distinguishing essential features from desirable ones.
• Demonstrated success in managing product roadmaps, defining MVPs, and overseeing the complete product lifecycle.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Solid understanding of product prioritization frameworks and experience in creating products that provide measurable value to customers.
• Experience in agile development environments and familiarity with tools such as Jira.
