Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product backlog for both core offerings — establish priorities, create Feature Cards, and make trade-off decisions based on customer impact and business value.

• Engage directly with customers.

• Gain insights into AP workflows, challenges, and unmet needs.

• Create and enhance feedback channels (Canny, Intercom, CS escalations).

• Establish success metrics prior to development, and then utilize Amplitude, Databricks, and PowerBI to assess adoption, usage, and business impact following the launch.

• Collaborate with Marketing on positioning, launch strategies, and enablement initiatives.

• Partner with Customer Success for post-launch adoption, retention insights, and roadmap transparency.

• Identify and prioritize AI use cases for the product.

• Build a customer trust narrative for AI with cautious accountants and bookkeepers.

• Work closely on a daily basis with the Technical Product Lead, sharing accountability for outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in product management within B2B SaaS.

• Proven experience in owning a product backlog and making independent prioritization decisions.

• A track record of using product analytics to justify or alter prioritization decisions — beyond merely generating dashboards.

• Experience in launching at least one AI-driven feature in B2B SaaS, or conducting discovery to validate AI use cases with customers and converting them into a Feature Brief.

• Skilled in conducting customer research and translating insights into product decisions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Capable of working effectively in distributed, remote teams across various time zones.
