This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and Program Increment planning activities.
• Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, assisting in the removal of impediments, fostering collaboration, and promoting continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, Release Train Engineers, and stakeholders to ensure that team priorities are well understood and aligned with program objectives.
• Support teams in planning, tracking, and delivering committed work within each iteration and Program Increment.
• Identify risks, dependencies, blockers, and delivery challenges, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolutions.
• Cultivate a culture of accountability, transparency, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
• Aid teams in managing work through Agile lifecycle tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Create effective user stories and associated artifacts (e.g., business analysis, process flows, diagrams).
• Facilitate cross-functional workflows and the iterative delivery of features and products.
• Responsible for gathering quantitative product data.
• Assist stakeholders by collecting product requirements and aligning them with business goals.
• Help teams maintain a balance between delivery commitments, sustainable pace, technical excellence, and quality standards.
• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience leading Agile ceremonies.
