Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Taking ownership of a specific product area and balancing competing interests to provide significant value.

• Your product area will encompass solutions that assist Accompany Health in engaging patients within our care model, including, but not limited to, scheduling software.

• Coordinating various stakeholders from diverse backgrounds (such as engineering, data, clinical operations, finance, and strategy & growth) to navigate through complexities and establish a clear direction amidst competing priorities.

• Clearly articulating product trade-offs for a wider, sometimes non-technical audience.

• Representing your product in broader, cross-functional discussions and decision-making processes.

• Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to gather business requirements.

• When necessary, performing build-buy analyses and assessing vendor software solutions, and subsequently leading the implementation process for the chosen software, including the integration of intricate data flows with our proprietary core platform.

• Partnering with the design and engineering team to refine items and prepare them for development.

• Actively engaging in sprint planning and execution.

• Working alongside the product and engineering teams to prioritize software developments across our product roadmap.

• Performing additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in Product Management or related fields (e.g., engineering).

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Understanding of healthcare delivery systems.

• Knowledge of value-based care principles.
