Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with clients to develop and design a comprehensive digital strategy, then guide our teams in executing it.

• Serve as the cross-functional product lead for distributed team members from our delivery centers located in the US, LATAM, India, Canada, and Romania.

• Partner with engineering leads to oversee the overall progress of projects and resource allocation, initiating corrective actions when necessary.

• Direct the team in progressively executing a short-term plan by prioritizing and scheduling content and timelines for releases.

• Establish the product vision, mission, goals, values, and customer segments, acting as the primary expert for the product.

• Make effective prioritization trade-offs within the scope of product goals.

• Convey plans, priorities, and status updates to clients, team members, and internal management as appropriate.

• Assess and enhance the business and customer value delivered, develop key performance indicators (KPIs), continuously monitor progress, and report on milestones and deliverables.

• Stay highly informed about industry issues and trends, particularly regarding accessibility, usability, and emerging technologies, with the intent of integrating these into future projects and maintaining a competitive edge.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer-facing Product Management role.

• At least 4 years of consulting experience.

• Expertise in working with complex digital products, business logic, processes, and a diverse range of clients.

• Experience in organizational leadership, including the ability to work with and influence teams and executive leaders.

• Proven track record of problem-solving and a proactive, hands-on approach.

• Possess an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to see the broader picture amidst details.

• Experience collaborating with global teams is essential.

• Highly culturally aware.

• Proficient in User Research; advocating for user needs throughout the customer experience and facilitating workshops.

• A strong relationship builder, highly empathetic and collaborative, capable of engaging with senior-level stakeholders to drive decisions.

• Practical knowledge and experience in Agile practices and Lean methodologies to create best-in-class products.
