This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and implement the vision for Schneider Geospatial’s Asset Management product line.
• Work in partnership with the CPO and leadership team to ensure product objectives align with the overall business strategy.
• Convert customer and market insights into an engaging roadmap that fosters growth and adoption.
• Act as an internal and external authority on Asset Management solutions within the GovTech sector.
• Champion customer needs and translate these insights into distinct, measurable product priorities.
• Collaborate with Engineering to transform requirements into actionable user stories, features, and technical priorities.
• Oversee the backlog and guarantee consistent execution through Agile methodologies.
• Team up with Customer Success and Implementation teams to promote product adoption and ensure positive client outcomes.
• Create data-driven business cases for new features or enhancements, aligning them with company objectives and customer value.
• Assist Sales and Marketing in developing go-to-market strategies, conducting demos, and facilitating customer education.
• Utilize AI and analytics to guide prioritization, enhance user experience, and identify product opportunities.
• Engage directly with clients to grasp their workflows, challenges, and needs.
• Track product performance, market trends, and competitor offerings to inform ongoing improvements.
• Represent Schneider Geospatial at customer and industry events as a product advocate.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to convey product value and gather ongoing market feedback.
• Over 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS, GovTech, or infrastructure management.
• Experience in GIS, asset management, or related public-sector technologies is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to convert customer needs into actionable product strategies and feature priorities.
• Knowledge of SaaS architectures (.NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL) and contemporary cloud environments (Azure).
• Familiarity with web application frameworks (Angular, React) and their impact on user experience.
• Experience in translating technical concepts into customer-facing advantages.
• Data-informed decision-maker with strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Proficient with Agile tools such as Jira and comfortable collaborating across various functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
