Product Manager, Applications & Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product vision and roadmap for internal tools, automation projects, and back-office applications.

• Spearhead the company's AI adoption strategy by identifying opportunities to incorporate LLMs, machine learning, and intelligent automations to enhance workflows.

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of various full-stack applications, maintaining a balance between the requirements of internal operational tools and external customer-facing services.

• Facilitate cross-functional initiatives to guarantee performance, scalability, and security across both internal and external application ecosystems.

• Define and oversee the data engineering roadmap, collaborating with data engineers to develop robust pipelines, contemporary data warehousing solutions, and analytics infrastructure.

• Work alongside engineering leadership to steer the transition toward a microservices architecture, ensuring that internal services are scalable, decoupled, and highly efficient.

• Create clear, technically sound Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), manage backlogs, and conduct agile sprints with backend and data engineering teams.

• Establish success metrics for internal products, emphasizing operational efficiency, processing times, automation success rates, and data reliability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of Product Management experience, particularly focused on SaaS, internal tools, platform products, data engineering, or backend systems.

• Strong technical proficiency; adept at engaging in discussions related to UI/UX, microservices, APIs, database architectures, and data pipelines (ETL/ELT).

• Demonstrated experience in driving automation initiatives and assessing/implementing AI tools to address operational challenges.

• Outstanding analytical abilities with the skill to convert complex business processes into streamlined technical workflows.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of aligning engineering teams, operations, and leadership on technical roadmaps.

• Practical experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
