This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee product initiatives related to docketing, analytics, workflow, and platform functionalities.
• Convert customer and business requirements into precise product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with stakeholders to define roadmap priorities, timelines, and execution strategies.
• Guide product initiatives from initial concept through to launch and subsequent iterations.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering teams to outline requirements, prioritize tasks, and ensure high-quality product releases.
• Work with Design and Engineering to enhance usability, scalability, and overall platform performance.
• Facilitate communication and alignment among Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Leadership teams.
• Balance customer demands, technical limitations, and business objectives in product decision-making.
• Conduct customer interviews, usage assessments, and competitive analysis to discover opportunities and refine product direction.
• Establish, track, and evaluate key product metrics and usage insights.
• Assist in identifying areas for optimizing workflows and enhancing customer experience.
• Remain updated on legal technology trends, litigation processes, and changing customer requirements.
• Aid in the development of billing, subscription, and usage-tracking features.
• Contribute to the design decisions surrounding RBAC (role-based access control), permissions, and enterprise administration.
• Collaborate on initiatives related to APIs, structured data workflows, and enterprise platform capabilities.
• 3–5 years of experience in product management, ideally within B2B SaaS environments.
• A JD or similar legal background is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in leading product initiatives from inception through to launch.
• Strong background in collaborating directly with Engineering teams in agile development settings.
• Ability to articulate clear product requirements and manage prioritization among conflicting initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with legal technology, litigation technology, court data, or legal workflows.
