This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Define and advocate for the vision of AI integration within Nordhealth’s primary PMS, pinpointing significant opportunities to enhance clinical workflows.
• Spearhead the "0 to 1000" progression for new AI features, emphasizing swift prototyping, user validation, and reaching early product-market fit.
• Set OKRs and KPIs exclusively for AI projects, monitoring accuracy, user adoption, and time savings for practitioners.
• Convert intricate AI capabilities into user-friendly, actionable stories and acceptance criteria for engineering and data science teams.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring a rapid pace of experimentation to transition from concept to a live product with over 1000 active users.
• Balance the product backlog by merging innovative breakthroughs with technical feasibility and the high-stakes reliability necessary in healthcare.
• Navigate regulatory frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, GDPR, HIPAA) to guarantee that all AI implementations adhere to the highest standards of data privacy and clinical safety during market expansion.
• Engage in extensive user research to understand the daily challenges faced by healthcare providers, ensuring that AI solutions address genuine issues rather than merely following trends.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for AI within the company, informing stakeholders about the capabilities and limitations of the technology.
• Collaborate closely with Clinical and Engineering teams to ensure AI models are rooted in medical realities and are seamlessly integrated into the PMS interface.
• Over 5 years of Product Management experience in a rapidly growing SaaS environment.
• A "Builder’s Mindset": Demonstrated success in launching new products from inception or leading substantial 0-to-1 initiatives.
• Data-Driven & Analytical: Expertise in utilizing data to inform decisions, validate hypotheses, and evaluate the success of AI models.
• Exceptional Communication: Capability to convey a clear product vision and collaborate efficiently across both technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong Empathy for Users: Experience in conducting qualitative research and shadowing users to grasp complex workflows.
• Knowledge in Healthcare IT or MedTech, particularly with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) or clinical decision support tools (Preferred).
• Practical experience with AI/ML products, including familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, or predictive analytics (Preferred).
• Experience with international expansion, including adherence to localized regulatory compliance (Preferred).
