Product Manager, AI Empowered Product Environment

📋 Description

• Interpret intricate business opportunities and customer insights into well-defined product specifications and scalable solution concepts.

• Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration with Engineering, Design, and Sales teams to ensure effective product delivery and user adoption.

• Assess product initiatives by weighing customer value, technical feasibility, and strategic business significance.

• Confirm product direction through ongoing customer interviews, usage analytics, and comprehensive market research.

• Track product performance and customer satisfaction indicators to uncover opportunities for ongoing enhancement and innovation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Product Management, preferably within B2B SaaS, logistics, or digital marketplace sectors.

• A customer-focused approach with a history of achieving measurable business results and addressing complex challenges.

• Familiarity with AI-driven product concepts, workflow automation, or platform ecosystems.

• Strong analytical capabilities with the proficiency to leverage data and market insights to influence product decisions.

• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions in dynamic, uncertain environments.

• Experience collaborating closely with Engineering and Design teams in an agile development setting.

• Understanding of freight procurement processes, including RFQs, tendering, and carrier management (Bonus Points).
