• **Product Manager – AI**

• **Team:** Product & Operations

• This role is not your standard PM position.

• You will take charge of how AI is integrated into RemotePass — from initial experiments to fully operational features that assist customers in navigating complex global payroll, compliance, and payments.

• The challenge lies not just in “adding AI,” but in ensuring its practicality within complicated, high-stakes workflows where precision is crucial.

• You'll collaborate directly with the CEO, engineers, and operators to determine:

• - What aspects should be automated versus controlled

• - How users engage with complex data through AI

• - Where AI can genuinely alleviate friction (and where it may not be necessary)

• Much of this is still to be defined, which is part of the role.

• **What you’ll do;**

• - Define and lead the AI product strategy — encompassing not only features but also its integration within the core platform

• - Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver, test, and iterate swiftly

• - Delve deeply into user challenges (payroll, compliance, operations) and translate ambiguity into clear product choices

• - Make strategic trade-offs between speed, accuracy, and trust in AI-driven processes

• - Advance products from early-stage to usable and then to scalable

• - Serve as the connection between technical capabilities and practical use cases

• **What we’re looking for;**

• - You have experience building and launching products in fast-paced and ambiguous environments

• - You are comfortable working with AI/data-intensive products (while you don’t need to be a machine learning expert, familiarity with the field is essential)

• - You are focused on addressing real challenges, rather than merely delivering features

• - You can operate at both strategic and detailed levels

• - You are at ease with undefined situations and adept at clarifying them

• **Nice to have:**

• - Background in fintech, HRTech, or other intricate operational sectors

• - Experience with LLMs, automation, or AI tools in live environments
