Product Manager – AI Agent Studio

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead product initiatives within the AI Agent Studio: Take charge of specific areas of the AI Agent Builder and HITL interfaces to assist enterprise users in developing, managing, and expanding AI agents.

• Convert user and business requirements into product functionalities: Grasp how clients configure agents for various transaction types, how reviewers interact with the HITL interface, and what business teams require to trust AI automation in essential workflows. Transform these insights into definitive product decisions.

• Oversee product execution from start to finish: Establish requirements, draft specifications and user stories, utilize AI to generate product designs, manage the backlog, and ensure delivery in collaboration with Engineering, Customer Success, and Delivery teams.

• Engage directly with customers and stakeholders: Gather feedback, assess usage, confirm assumptions, and consistently integrate insights back into the product.

• Assist in launch and enablement efforts: Effectively introduce new features to the market by contributing to documentation, release communications, enablement, and ensuring both internal and external readiness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline with over 2 years of experience in product management or product ownership for B2B software.

• Proven experience in delivering end-to-end features within an agile setting.

• Solid understanding of contemporary software development practices.

• Familiarity with AI or LLM-powered products is a significant advantage; a keen curiosity and the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts are essential.

• You approach workflows and usability with a proactive mindset, drive initiatives forward, and are highly organized when juggling multiple projects concurrently.

• You communicate effectively with Engineering, AI, Design, Delivery, and Go-To-Market teams, and are at ease working directly with customers to collect feedback and validate assumptions.

• You demonstrate ownership, adapt quickly, and are eager to contribute to shaping the next generation of enterprise AI products in a dynamic environment.
