📋 Description

• Develop automated volume forecasting utilizing operational datasets.

• Create staffing logic that supports shared associates.

• Facilitate dynamic queue balancing across various workloads.

• Integrate forecasting with the complete Crescendo IT stack.

• Execute forecasting outputs that align with HR and finance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Workforce Management.

• Proficient with WFM systems.

• Knowledge of NICE, Verint, Genesys, Calabrio, or Aspect.

• Ability to write code using AI developer tools.

• Experience in prototyping forecasting workflows.

• Strong background in technical product management.
