Product Manager – Agentic Airspace Design

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product strategy, define the roadmap, and execute cross-functional efforts for the development of an AI-driven software solution.

• Spearhead the development of product strategy and roadmap for a software solution focused on agentic airspace design.

• Convert current flight path design workflows into a visionary future-state product.

• Establish and prioritize product requirements for essential workflow capabilities.

• Collaborate with flight path design experts, software engineers, AI professionals, avionics stakeholders, customers, and internal teams.

• Manage the development of the product backlog, sequence features, and make tradeoff decisions.

• Create the business case for the product and assist in the development of reusable workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) from an accredited institution.

• At least 5 years of additional experience in software product management or a related field within the aviation sector.

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the aviation industry.

• Experience in leading software products or technical workflow solutions involving multiple stakeholders, requirements, and delivery dependencies.

• Strong capability to work collaboratively with software engineers, technical experts, design teams, and business stakeholders.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
