Product Manager, Agentic AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead the market introduction and intellectual property strategy of AI-driven solutions.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, consulting, and development teams.

• Establish product specifications and roadmaps that yield significant customer impact.

• Assist in evaluating AI innovation prospects across various industries.

• Oversee the product lifecycle from conception to launch, focusing on usability and performance.

• Keep updated on trends in agentic AI and enterprise automation.

• Engage in market awareness activities and aid in creating product marketing materials.

• Ensure the success of products as measured by revenue generated from AI offerings and production launches.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a relevant field.

• 3+ years of experience in product management, particularly in AI, machine learning, or enterprise software.

• Over 7 years of experience in a consulting or product-driven company.

• Proven experience in integrating AI solutions into platforms such as ServiceNow or comparable enterprise systems.

• In-depth understanding of AI/ML principles, including large language models (LLMs), autonomous agents, and natural language processing (NLP).

• Familiarity with AI cloud services from providers like AWS, Google GCP, Azure, etc.

• Experience in launching enterprise AI solutions with knowledge of AI governance, ethics, and responsibility.

• Preferred experience in service or consulting environments specifically related to AI.

• Awareness of ServiceNow’s AI functionalities (e.g., Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence).

• Proficiency in Data Science and Python.

• Understanding of the MLOps lifecycle and human-in-the-loop design principles.

• Excellent storytelling, prioritization, and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.

• Industry experience in sectors such as Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) and Telecommunications is advantageous.
