Product Manager, Ad Tech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and prioritize the roadmap for your product, which is a digital platform that provides educational content and sponsored messages to patients.

• Serve as the subject matter expert in your product domain.

• Focus on measuring outcomes rather than mere output.

• Facilitate organized product discovery processes.

• Define and track success metrics for your projects and the results generated by your roadmap.

• Prioritize tasks and effectively manage stakeholder expectations.

• Advocate for cross-functional collaboration among teams.

• Amplify the voice of the customer in product development.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related discipline is mandatory. An MBA or a relevant Master’s degree is preferred.

• 2-5+ years of experience in product management within digital media and consumer health technology sectors, showcasing success in guiding empowered product teams to achieve significant results.

• Comprehensive understanding of content delivery strategies and algorithms, including machine learning and AI methodologies.

• Strong skills in discovery, with experience in validating concepts before committing substantial resources to development.

• Proficient in A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and hypothesis-driven approaches to development.

• Solid data literacy and the ability to use data effectively to inform product decisions.

• High level of business acumen and the ability to navigate technical trade-offs in partnership with engineering teams.

• Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities; capable of aligning executives, partners, and engaging teams effectively.

• Proficient with contemporary product management tools (such as Jira, Confluence, Looker, Mixpanel, Figma) and Agile methodologies.
