Product Manager – 12-month FTC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Define and take ownership of product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features, enhancements, and ongoing improvements.

• Collaborate extensively with engineering, design, and data teams to ensure seamless delivery and high-quality results.

• Convert customer and business requirements into clear, actionable specifications for development teams.

• Operate within established product direction and constraints to facilitate delivery, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business priorities.

• Ensure that UI/UX designs are intuitive and meet requirements, collaborating with UX teams as necessary.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders (engineering, commercial, support, operations), aiding in clarifying requirements and efficiently resolving issues.

• Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement.

• Cultivate strong product and domain knowledge to function as a subject matter expert for internal teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in product management, ideally within SaaS or B2B software environments.

• Familiarity with the retail sector, either directly or through product experience.

• Strong collaborative skills with designers, engineers, and commercial teams.

• Comfortable participating in technical discussions (e.g., APIs, system integrations, data flows).

• Proven experience in crafting clear user stories, product specifications, and documentation.

• Strong UX sensibility: capable of reviewing wireframes and prototypes, and contributing to design decisions as necessary.

• Excellent communication abilities – verbal, written, and visual – suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.
