Product Management Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Act as a vital link among Product Management, Professional Learning, Product Support, and Partner Success.

• Convert product features into effective, scalable training, support, and market entry assets.

• Collect requirements and facilitate discussions for design.

• Develop solutions that meet the needs of educators and districts.

• Ensure that products are comprehensively understood and successfully implemented.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree.

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in educational technology, assessment, professional learning, product support, curriculum development, or related areas.

• Proven experience in creating training, professional learning, support materials, or content aimed at customers.

• Experience in gathering requirements, documenting workflows, or assisting in product development initiatives.

• Familiarity with K-12 assessment, MTSS, formative assessment, interim assessment, or behavioral solutions (preferred).

• Participation in Agile product development environments (preferred).

• Knowledge of product management tools and methodologies (preferred).

• Understanding of district purchasing and implementation requirements (preferred).
