This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the vision and strategy for product offerings in partnership with stakeholders.
• Oversee product development from initial concept through to launch.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve product milestones on schedule.
• Ensure alignment with organizational objectives and user requirements.
• Promote a culture of innovation within the team.
• Guide and mentor junior product managers.
• Evaluate market trends and customer feedback to enhance the product roadmap.
• Monitor product performance metrics and drive initiatives for improvement.
• A minimum of 8 years as a Product Manager developing digital products in a cross-functional agile setting.
• Proven experience in managing other product professionals, including responsibilities for performance management and career development.
• Skilled in creating product team staffing models, providing consultation on job ladders, and leading recruitment efforts.
• Previous experience in professional services, government, or federal consulting in a client-facing capacity.
• Exceptional skills in coaching and mentoring.
• Advanced knowledge of product operations and agile methodologies.
• Comprehensive understanding of the requirements management cycle, with a track record of coaching others in defining, documenting, and validating requirements, acceptance criteria, and definitions of done.
• Strong relationship-building abilities in large, complex stakeholder environments.
• Excellent communication skills across business, technical, and creative stakeholders.
• Demonstrated capability to drive progress in ambiguous situations.
• Solid understanding of horizon two and three product strategy planning, with an ability to balance that against horizon one execution.
• Experience in writing or editing product processes for government or commercial proposals.
• Previous experience managing teams responsible for data platforms, lower environments, and infrastructure products.
