This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
β’ Create, test, and approve user stories.
β’ Establish and oversee metrics to assess the effectiveness of your initiatives and guide the overall product strategy.
β’ Assist in the development of the product strategy for one or more offerings within our expanding digital product lineup.
β’ Utilize customer insights, thorough market research, and data collection to provide guidance on strategic product decisions.
β’ Aid in breaking down complex challenges into smaller, manageable tasks by developing and prioritizing a backlog for the Product Team.
β’ Oversee the product backlog, contribute to formulating a compelling vision, and offer timely feedback to stakeholders regarding development iterations.
β’ Act as the "voice of the customer"; dedicate substantial time to engaging with current and prospective customers to comprehend their requirements and behaviors.
β’ Participate in discovery/test and learn activities to swiftly validate assumptions and guide product direction.
β’ Bachelor's Degree (4-year) preferred.
β’ At least 5 years of experience preferred.
β’ Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
β’ Proficient in Business Case Analyses.
β’ Customer-centric approach.
β’ Experience in Product Backlog Management.
β’ Understanding of Product Direction.
β’ Background in Product Management.
β’ Knowledge of Product Roadmapping.
β’ Expertise in Product Strategies.
β’ Clarity in Product Vision.
β’ Proficient in Systems Thinking.
β’ Familiar with the Waterfall Model.
