This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the global Rimini Consult offer portfolio across all products, ensuring coherence, clarity, and distinctiveness across solution areas.
• Develop and uphold a unified offer framework that includes taxonomy, tiers, scope boundaries, assumptions, deliverables, and outcomes.
• Identify gaps, redundancies, and growth opportunities at the portfolio level using client demand signals, win/loss insights, and feedback from delivery.
• Create business cases for new offerings or significant changes, balancing client value, revenue potential, margin impact, and delivery feasibility.
• Lead the transformation of consulting services into repeatable, outcome-oriented offers that cover assessment, roadmap, implementation, and optimization phases.
• Collaborate with Consulting Delivery and Practice Leaders across products to confirm delivery readiness, prerequisites, and success criteria.
• Manage the lifecycle of consulting offers from intake and definition to launch readiness, adoption, performance measurement, and retirement.
• Promote continuous improvement through structured feedback processes, including post-engagement reviews, client feedback, and delivery metrics.
• Work closely with Sales, Sales Enablement, and Product or Portfolio Marketing to ensure Rimini Consult offers are straightforward to understand, position, and sell across products.
• Establish and monitor core offer performance indicators such as attach rate, conversion, deal cycle time, and delivery health, utilizing insights to prioritize enhancements.
• Act as the primary point of accountability for consulting offer decisions across products, regions, and stakeholders.
• Foster alignment through clear governance mechanisms, decision forums, and documented trade-offs.
• Represent the Rimini Consult offer strategy in planning and operational meetings, communicating portfolio changes and rationale with executive-level clarity.
• Set up lightweight yet robust governance for consulting offers, including intake, prioritization, launch readiness, and post-launch evaluation.
• Define minimum standards for packaged offers, encompassing required artifacts, readiness checks, and measurement plans to ensure consistent global quality.
• Enhance scalability by minimizing bespoke scoping and promoting the reuse of standardized modules, delivery patterns, and statement-of-work components.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, services portfolio management, or consulting offer productization within enterprise technology or professional services organizations.
• Demonstrated track record of owning and scaling services or consulting offers across diverse products or solution areas.
• Proven success in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives through influence without direct management responsibilities.
• Strong analytical and operational rigor, including the ability to define performance metrics and drive measurable improvements.
• Experience operating in enterprise environments with intricate, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
• Background in global consulting or managed services organizations (preferred).
• Familiarity with enterprise application ecosystems, including ERP, applications, and managed services (preferred).
• Experience in developing modular scoping tools and reusable delivery assets to enhance consistency and speed (preferred).
