This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
β’ Take charge of the comprehensive product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for elements of our Supplier Network, focusing on AI-driven capabilities such as intelligent buyer-supplier matching, predictive risk and fraud detection, generative AI for onboarding and insights, autonomous workflows, and adaptive trust/identity verification.
β’ Establish and expand two-sided growth loops that enhance buyer demand, supplier engagement, transaction speed, and network effects while preserving marketplace integrity and buyer confidence.
β’ Direct product strategy for the supplier business, encompassing subscriptions, premium visibility, marketplace access, sourcing events, APIs, and innovative AI-powered premium services.
β’ Collaborate closely with Engineering, AI/ML, Design, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to implement high-impact features from concept through launch and iteration.
β’ Propel product-led growth (PLG) strategies tailored to enterprise procurement processes, balancing rapid execution with long-term platform sustainability and secondary network effects.
β’ Interact directly with customers and prospects to validate their needs, collect insights, and develop distinctive solutions in supplier profiles, risk, trust, and identity management.
β’ Set north-star metrics and success frameworks aimed at enhancing network liquidity, activation rates, monetization, retention, and AI-driven business results.
β’ Keep abreast of emerging trends in AI, two-sided marketplaces, trust/identity providers, and spend management to ensure Coupa remains a leader in innovation.
β’ Over 8 years of product management experience, with senior leadership responsibility for growth, monetization, marketplace, or network products in B2B SaaS firms.
β’ Demonstrated experience in scaling two-sided buyer and supplier networks (or similar marketplaces/platforms) with a proven history of generating significant revenue and adoption.
β’ Strong intuition regarding AI/ML applications in enterprise workflows (e.g., predictive analytics, generative AI, intelligent automation, or trust/identity systems).
β’ Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed organizations with the capability to influence across functions and among executives.
β’ Data-driven decision-making abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a builder mindset that thrives in ambiguity and high accountability environments.
β’ Preferred direct experience with spend management platforms like Coupa or comparable solutions (e.g., procurement, payables, or supplier risk management).
β’ Background with trust and identity providers or supplier verification companies such as Relish or Trustpair (vendor fraud prevention, bank account validation, and identity verification) in the B2B sector.
β’ A genuine passion for AI innovation and its potential to revolutionize B2B commerce and supplier ecosystems.
β’ In-depth knowledge of procurement, spend management, supplier lifecycle, risk management, or supplier information management.
