Product Line Training Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute training strategies that are in line with HUB and product line goals

• Ensure adherence to governance and compliance standards for training across all locations

• Evaluate site training systems through audits to determine maturity and identify areas for improvement

• Provide coaching and mentoring to site training leaders to enhance their capabilities and resilience

• Collaborate with HUB managers and stakeholders to ensure operational alignment

• Promote continuous improvement by applying lean principles and ITM tools

• Track KPIs and report on the effectiveness of training and workforce development initiatives

• Carry out on-site evaluations and take part in monthly operations reviews

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Training & Development, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field

• At least 8 years of experience in training leadership roles, with experience in multi-site management

• Practical experience with lean management systems

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing environments and critical-to-quality standards

• Demonstrated ability to lead change and encourage collaboration among diverse teams

• Preferred: Professional certifications (CPTD, CPLP), familiarity with ISO 9001, and expertise in LMS
