• Define and take ownership of the product roadmap for your product line, based on client needs, market dynamics, research, and MDOTM's overarching vision.
• Translate a comprehensive understanding of asset and wealth management workflows into distinct product strategies, determining what to develop, what to postpone, and the reasoning behind these decisions.
• Continuously integrate feedback from clients, prospects, sales, implementation, and research into a cohesive strategic narrative.
• Manage the product line's key performance indicators (KPIs) and be responsible for adoption, retention, and measurable impacts on client outcomes.
• Lead a cross-functional team without always having direct authority, uniting engineering, data science, design, and go-to-market efforts around common objectives.
• Collaborate with sales and client success teams to facilitate commercial discussions and collect client feedback and insights concerning your product area.
• Maintain a close feedback loop with the Chief Product Officer (CPO), identifying risks, highlighting tradeoffs, and driving alignment on priorities.
• Contribute to company-wide product strategy discussions as a senior member of the product organization.
• Proven experience in product management, with clear ownership of a product area or line rather than merely delivering features.
• Direct experience in asset management, wealth management, or investment-related fintech, with an understanding of how portfolio managers, investment analysts, or financial advisors operate, enabling you to gain their trust swiftly.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex B2B SaaS environments characterized by lengthy sales cycles, enterprise clients, and significant integration requirements.
• Strong understanding of data-driven and AI-powered products; while you don't need to be a quant, you should be comfortable shaping products based on models, signals, and analytical outputs.
• Proven track record of owning outcomes rather than just outputs; you have delivered products, measured their performance, and iterated based on evidence.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of confidently engaging with C-suite clients and internal leadership.
• Fluent in English.
• Competitive salary and a genuinely flexible work environment.
• Access to an unlimited learning and development budget to remain at the forefront of AI research, along with a fast-track path to technical leadership or principal research roles.
• Daily collaboration with a highly international team (over 18 nationalities) across our offices in Milan, London, and New York.
• Annual company retreat in an exceptional location.
• Accelerated career advancement opportunities, with potential to progress into leadership positions.
