Product Lead – Portfolio Midcore Games

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Define and enhance the product strategy and roadmap in partnership with the studio team.

• Take ownership of prioritization and planning across essential product areas (core gameplay enhancements, meta progression, monetization, LiveOps).

• Develop precise product specifications for new features, enhancements, systems, and experiments.

• Construct and oversee the A/B testing roadmap to ensure decisions are based on data.

• Collaborate closely with Game Design on aspects such as progression, economy, balancing, competitive systems, player objectives, and long-term motivation.

• Work alongside the Creative Director to guarantee that the product direction aligns with both gameplay vision and business goals.

• Partner with Analytics to track performance, understand player segments, diagnose issues, and spot growth opportunities.

• Serve as a decisive product leader with a General Manager perspective, assuming responsibility for product, business, and team-level decisions.

• Balance strategic vision with practical execution.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or leading game design roles within the mobile gaming sector.

• Demonstrated experience in scaling mobile games, launching significant features, or enhancing key KPIs is a notable advantage.

• Background in action, PvP, competitive, or skill-based games is highly regarded.

• Practical game design experience (particularly in areas such as progression, economy, balancing, or player motivation) would be a considerable benefit.

• Strong experience in live mobile games, ideally with midcore or hybrid-casual-to-midcore products.

• Profound understanding of free-to-play game loops.

• Proven history of owning product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and feature delivery for successful mobile games.

• Strong hands-on approach with the capability to balance strategic thinking and daily execution.

• Exceptional analytical skills and extensive experience in making data-driven decisions.

• Experience in defining and conducting A/B tests, interpreting results, and translating insights into product decisions.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, align, and persuade stakeholders.

• Strong sense of ownership, high energy, collaborative mindset, and capacity to manage broad responsibilities beyond a limited product scope.

• Proficient in English.
