Product Lead, Opportunities Board

📋 Description

• Take charge of the strategy and implementation of CEA's Opportunities Board.

• Continuously enhance the board’s framework, user experience, and features.

• Deliver enhancements to the board.

• Elevate the sourcing and curation of impactful opportunities.

• Conduct experiments with defined success criteria.

• Establish tracking and evaluation mechanisms to assess board performance.

• Create and test a comprehensive marketing plan.

• Fine-tune the target audience along with the board’s curation and feature offerings.

• Investigate larger initiatives such as a logged-in user experience or an AI career advisor.
