Product Lead – Finance Super App

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Direct the product vision for key areas within a finance super app.

• Establish priorities, create roadmaps, set product standards, and define success metrics across various features or teams.

• Provide guidance to PMs, Product Owners, designers, and engineers for effective execution.

• Collaborate across sectors such as insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and other financial services.

• Transform regulatory, operational, and business limitations into actionable product decisions.

• Ensure high launch quality, facilitate post-launch evaluations, and promote continuous enhancement.

• Foster a product culture that emphasizes speed, clarity, user value, and honest assessment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in leading digital product domains, rather than just isolated features.

• Capable of harmonizing strategy, execution, user experience, data, engineering, and business results.

• Strong ability to make judicious decisions regarding prioritization, trade-offs, and product sequencing.

• Experience in leading or mentoring PMs, POs, or cross-functional teams is highly advantageous.

• Comfortable navigating high levels of ambiguity, rapid changes, and pressure from senior stakeholders.

• Proficient in simplifying complex financial products into user-friendly experiences.

• Background in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer applications, or regulated products is a significant plus.
