This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ In the role of Product Lead (m/f/d), you will take charge of one of our key products β the JobShop β overseeing it from discovery to delivery.
β’ You will collaborate closely with clients as well as our cross-functional teams comprising Engineering, Design, and GTM, serving as a strategic partner for other Product Managers.
β’ You will ensure that the team delivers consistently: you will establish priorities, maintain momentum on critical initiatives, remove obstacles, and enhance predictability in delivery β preventing work from becoming bogged down in daily operations.
β’ You will own the JobShop process from start to finish: including discovery, prioritization, and managing the product roadmap.
β’ You will engage directly with our (Enterprise) clients to conduct discovery and navigate challenging conversations, translating their needs into product decisions while advocating for the product internally.
β’ You will act as a mentor for fellow PMs: providing guidance, refining decisions, and elevating the product expertise across the team.
β’ You will leverage AI in your work β during discovery, specifications, prototyping, and analysis β to enhance both speed and quality.
β’ Product experience β Several years serving as a Product Lead or (Senior) Product Manager in B2B SaaS or a similar industry, preferably in a scale-up or startup environment where you established processes rather than refining an existing framework.
β’ Generalist rather than specialist β You confidently engage in any domain, thrive without a pre-existing playbook, and maintain an overview amidst complexity and friction β you instill order while preserving momentum.
β’ Stakeholder engagement β You have led discovery sessions and challenging discussions directly with clients and have represented product decisions to management or executives β you are adept in both environments.
β’ Industry knowledge β A background in HR Tech or recruiting is highly advantageous, or you have the ability to quickly immerse yourself in a specific target audience and their context.
β’ AI-centric approach β AI is a regular part of your workflow, not just a trendy term. You utilize it effortlessly to enhance your productivity and outcomes.
β’ Language skills β You communicate fluently in German (C2 level) and are also comfortable conveying your ideas in English in a professional setting.
β’ Genuine ownership from day one: you will not be maintaining a polished product setup β you will take charge of a revenue-generating product where your contributions have an immediate impact.
β’ Remote-first policy: work from anywhere in Germany where you feel most productive β while Cologne is an option, it is not a requirement.
